Setlistory offers an option to write song comments to the venue’s staff. You can open the modal by clicking the “Comments” button in the song form. There are three options:
- Sound engineer
- Lighting engineer
- Roadie
This is used, for example, if the song requires the song engineer to maybe bring up the volume for the guitar solo, the lighting engineer to focus a light on the keyboard player during his solo or set up a green light mood, or maybe for the roadie to bring the singer his yellow Telecaster at the beginning of the song.
You can then print this list or use in conjunction with the Setlistory Crew app. More on these options later.
