You can add songs to your setlist from the “songs” section on the right side. In your mobile app, simply swipe to the right.
To add a song, click the “plus” icon on the right side of the song title (circled in the image below). This adds the song to the current setlist. A red dot appears to the left of the song’s title (also circled in the image below), indicating that this song is present in the current setlist. Keep clicking the “plus” icon next to all the songs you wish to add. Remember to use the filters and search bar to find the songs you wish to add more easily. There is a 30 song per setlist limit.
Once you added your songs, you can always change their order by dragging and dropping them using the drag/drop icon in the setlist.
There are three icons next to each song in the setlist:
- Comments – edit the setlist song comments (more in the next section)
- Remove – Remove the song from the setlist
- Drag/drop – reorder the songs
If you click on the title of the song in your setlist, you get access to setlist song options. You can add a NOTE for the song (such as a feature on a song for this gig, or maybe you play just the first verse, …). You can also add a BREAK or an ENCORE after the selected song. Both these options will then be visible in your exported PDF. A break is indicated by a light line under the song, an encore is indicated by a dark line under the song.
If song lengths are added, Setlistory automatically adds them all together, so you can see how long the setlist will last (without the pauses of course).
